Frequently Asked Questions

I didn't get my access link email, how do I get into the facility?

The access link email is sent directly after a successful booking confirmation. If it is not in the email inbox that you registered with on the booking site, please check your spam / junk mail. The access link button works when you’re beside the front door, and 15 minutes before your chosen booking time.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring indoor fitness or golf shoes and your own golf clubs (though we provide left- and right-handed sets free of charge, available on a first-come, first-served basis). We have plenty of golf balls available for your use, and you're welcome to bring your own favorite golf balls to use with our simulators.

Is the facility open everyday, and do I need to make reservations in advance?

Yes, we are open from 8am to 12am, 365 days of the year.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

Cancellations, changes, or refunds within 24 hours of the booking time are prohibited. Only store credit will be issued once the booking has been confirmed. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more info.

How many people can use the simulator at the same time?

Our simulator bays accommodates up to 6 players. Please inquire about group bookings and availability. If you have any other questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Can I extend or shorten my session

Extension of your golf session is possible depending on availability. Please create a new session on the booking site. The projector will automatically shut off at the end of your booking otherwise. Unfortunately partial refunds are not permitted for shortened sessions.

Can I play a full round of golf on the simulator, or is it just for practice?

You can play full rounds on our simulator with access to a wide range of famous golf courses from around the world. It’s perfect for both practice and fun games. A typical round of 18 takes an hour per person, 4 hours for 4 people.

Can I track my progress and performance over time using the Trackman technology?

Yes, Trackman technology allows you to monitor your performance, track improvements, and save your shot data for future reference. You can download the Trackman App and create a profile.

Are food and beverages available at the facility?

Yes, we have a vending machine with snacks and beverages. Please clean up after every session and be respectful of the space and the next golfing group!

The software froze?

If this happens, treat it as any software/window when using a computer to restart the program. On the keyboard, select the “window” key to bring up the program bar and right click the Trackman software to close it. Re-open by selecting the orange TPS icon to reboot the software.

How do I re-calibrate?

Go to the menu section and in the top right corner there is a “calibrate” button. Select auto-target and it will recalibrate for you!
